Home from Home Trust endeavours to protect the privacy of their donors, partners, and website visitors and takes every effort to protect your personal data from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure.
By using the Home from Home Trust website, you are agreeing to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
Personal information is information which identifies you as an individual, including but not limited to, your name and contact details.
Home from Home Trust collects personal data from a variety of sources. This includes inter alia personal data collected when you make a donation, enroll as a monthly donor, when you respond to a campaign, and/or when you sign up to our newsletter.
Should you select the option of receiving our newsletter or marketing communication, we accept this as consent for Home from Home Trust to utilise your personal information for marketing communication purposes. Home from Home Trust will however, provide an opportunity for you to unsubscribe from receiving further information.
Home from Home Trust will only disclose information deemed necessary, in its sole discretion, to comply with any applicable law, regulation, and legal process or governmental request. Other than this, Home from Home will never pass on your personal information to any parties without your personal permission.
Access to your personal data is only permitted among Home from Home Trust employees on a need-to-know basis and is subject to strict contractual confidentiality obligations when processed by third parties.
