Freda has worked as a social worker in child welfare, community development, mental health and student field training.  She served for many years as director of a national early childhood development organisation involved in practitioner training, research, advocacy and materials development.  She is committed to supporting NPO leadership, in recent years through coaching of individuals and teams, and currently through voluntary service.
